2. The smoothness of the paper. The smoothness of the paper is an important factor in whether the picture and text are clear. 3. The whiteness of the paper. There are many colors of printed paper, commonly used is white, whiteness is different, which has different effects on the color development of the printing ink layer. If the whiteness of the paper is too low, it will feel that the paper has a certain color and gray increase; The whiteness is too high, and the color and gradation layers expressed in the image are flat.

4. The absorption of paper to ink. Same ink, same hue. Under the same conditions, there are different printing effects for paper with different absorption, and the difference will affect the color difference of the ink layer. Too strong, the ink color of the printed matter is easy to fade, lack gloss; Too weak, will cause the ink adhesion is not firm, the surface ink of the printed matter can not be dried in time, easy to rub dirty (pay special attention to this when anxious to print).

5. Resistance. That is, after the final printing of the printed product, the various unfavorable factors encountered in the use process, the tolerance of the printing paper.

6. The hydrophilicity of paper. In the printing process, controlling the moisture of printing paper is also one of the key factors, adapting to the characteristics of paper, the humidity of the workshop should be controlled within a certain range, and the paper should be sent to the workshop in advance, and the temperature and humidity of the workshop balance. The moisture of the printing paper is low enough to maintain its good conductivity, which is conducive to the transfer of ink.
